Tehran is ready to reinitiate nuclear talks with the United States on condition that it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi declared only diplomacy was effective, and shared fresh requests had come from mediators to resume discussions with the American leadership. Following this, Western states employed their authority to restore UN-wide sanctions, but Iran asserts they have not had a significant effect.

Ideal Resolution Proposed

Tehran representatives said they felt they had reached a "perfect agreement" to the uranium processing matter in prior discussions, when it was agreed an Iran-based consortium with American involvement could process nuclear material. Both sides would have been able to claim victory since home-based processing would have persisted and the US could be confident that Iran's nuclear programme was solely for peaceful purposes.

It had not been settled in the negotiations that American atomic experts could function within Iranian territory, but that was a natural consequence of the partnership suggestion. Diplomats claimed three times they had reached agreement with Trump's special envoy the US official only for the arrangement to fall apart due to "detractors in America".

Present Situation

Tehran representatives stated the partnership proposal was now no longer available, but it seems highly likely the offer could be revived in some form if talks resume.

The US president recently claimed he had been obtaining communications that Iran wanted to reopen negotiations, but confidentially Tehran representatives state they are not yet obtaining consistent overtures from America either explicitly or from significant local go-betweens, such as Qatar, Egypt, the Omani authorities and the Saudi kingdom. The Tehran's diplomatic corps has been criticized of inactivity in the wake of the US president's straightforward manner, but Tehran states negotiations is not part of a spectacle.

Diplomatic Stance

In his remarks to the gathering, aimed to depict the US as a controlling nation that misuses the notion of global regulations, the foreign minister stated the 12-day war showed the dispute could not be ended by military means. He asserted the strikes commenced with a US demand for an total Iran submission and concluded with an unconditional call for a halt to hostilities.

Iran is assured the initial Israeli attacks were executed with total Washington understanding and cooperation, making faith challenging to restore.

Dialogue Continues the Primary Answer

The foreign minister said: "It was not Iran that had deserted negotiations; it was America and the Western nations that had consistently tried to impose their demands during the negotiations. Negotiations can still be viable and continues the ultimate answer to address disputes, but its criteria, rules and principles must be respected."

"Provided that they address to the Iranian people with the language of dignity and honor, they will obtain a reply in the same tone."

Repair and Rebuilding

In what is described by Iran's diplomats as the struggle of recovery and rebuilding, the foreign minister claimed he was assured Iran's military capacities "have significantly improved than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been restored. We learned multiple understandings from this conflict; we have identified our personal limitations and the vulnerabilities of the adversary."

He continued: "We managed to survive this war. Our nuclear technology, which they planned to obliterate, stays intact. The sites and gear, if damaged, will be restored; what is important is the determination of the citizens of Tehran and then the national cohesion that they targeted, but did not succeed to break. The Iranian people have grown more resilient, more united, and more supportive of the government and the country in the wake of this assault."
